How can I personalise my card/s?

We have worked hard to make ordering and personalising your card as easy as possible.  Each card has an area where you can choose a colour choice where applicable and add a personalised message to the front, the font will be as shown in the demonstration picture of the card. You should choose wording similar in length and layout. We may need to amend your wording to fit with the card layout if your message is not possible. As our cards are handmade and not computer generated you cannot see a preview.  Your card will appear as shown in the demonstration picture but with your personalisation added. You can also personalise the insert on the left and right and have a choice of fonts to use.

Is it better for me to leave my personalisation details in capitals?

We recommend that you do not leave your personalisation details in capitals as your request is not easy to apply to your order and should not be in capitals unless that is the way you would like it to appear. It is also not possible for us to see where you would like the capital letters in your details when your supply them all in capitals.

Can I choose my own wording for the front of my card?

Yes, you choose the wording on front of our cards but it is important to keep in mind the space available and the order in which the text is presented. Please leave your desired wording in the personalisation box for the front of the card, your text will be presented in the same style as shown on the demonstration card.  The message on the front of our demonstration cards is a message to show you what your card could look like, it will not be printed on your card unless you have specifically requested it.

Can I choose the font for the front of the card?

No, the font, style and layout used on the front of the demonstration cards is how your requested personalisation will look.  You will have a choice of fonts for the insert of the card only.

Can I personalise the inside insert of my card?

Yes, all our cards can be personalised on the front and inside left and right with your own message or left blank for you to write in.

How soon will my card be sent out to me?

We aim to send your card out within 1- 2 working days. Please note at busy times cards can take up to 4 days to dispatch.

I need a card in a hurry can I have one sent for next day delivery?

Yes, we do offer a next day Special Delivery service if your order is placed before 1pm. If a Special Delivery order is received after 1pm it will be processed the following day. If you have missed the 1pm deadline and need an urgent card for next day Special Delivery please email us your request via our contact form as we can sometimes accommodate late orders.

I ordered a card for next day Special Delivery on Sunday why did it not arrive on Monday?

Whilst we are able to dispatch your cards over the weekend it does not mean they will arrive the next day as the postal system do not work on a Sunday.  Royal Mail only ensure next day delivery on working days. If you order a card for Special Delivery over the weekend it will arrive on Tuesday.

Free Postage

We offer free standard postage if you purchase 6 cards or more for delivery within the UK. This postage discount is automatically applied at checkout.

Can I see a preview of my card before it is posted out to me?

As our cards are not computer generated and are handmade, we cannot send you a preview of what your card will look like.  Your card will look the same as the demonstration card but with your personalisation request applied.

Will my order be sent to me with a presentation envelope for me to give the recipient?

All cards are dispatched with a presentation envelope. Your card/s and presentation envelope/s are then packed and dispatched in double hard board envelopes and multiple cards orders are sent in cardboard boxes to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.

Can I buy an anniversary card to be personalised as a birthday card?

Yes, all our designs wording can be adapted to suit the occasion you are buying it for.

How are cards sent out?

Our cards are sent out via Royal Mail First Class or Special Delivery post in suitable protective packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

What size are the cards?

Our cards are finished in two sizes luxury C5 size (A4 folded) or standard approx. 6inch square, premium white matt single folded card with coordinating envelope and insert. The size details will be detailed in the cards description.

Do you make cards in different sizes?

No, our cards are only available in the sizes detailed in each listing.

Can you make a one off custom design?

No, due to the prohibitive costs involved we do not make one off designs and only retail the cards shown on the website.

I have placed my order can I change the details I gave?

95% of the time orders are made immediately in order for us to provide a prompt service for our customers. Please email us with your order number and request via our contact form, if your order has not yet been processed we will gladly amend it with your request. If your order has already been made it will not be possible to amend it.

We are an internet company and do not work regular office hours in order to keep up with demand. If you place an order out of office hours and would like to amend the details given, please do not leave it until you think we are open! Email us immediately; if your order has not been processed we will be happy to amend it for you.

Can I speak to you regarding my order?

All communication is via email ONLY to avoid any personalisation misunderstanding. We aim to respond to emails within 24 hours including weekends and public holidays. Please remember to quote your order number with all correspondence.

Why does my card not have the same envelope to that in the website image?

All materials and envelopes will be chosen from stock if the particular envelope or other material/embellishment shown in the image is not available at the time.

How can I pay for my cards?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, payment through either your PayPal Account or by Debit/Credit cards which are processed by Worldpay on our behalf. We use Worldpay and PayPal Website Payments Pro, online leading payment processors, as our payment partner to handle your credit card details. Your credit card number is not revealed to us or stored on our system.

Will I get an envelope with my card?

If you order a card to be sent back to you they will be sent in an outer hard backed envelope with a blank envelope inside for you to present to the recipient.

Can I send cards to someone other than myself?

Yes, for added convenience, we can post your cards direct to the recipient. Please check the ‘send direct to recipient’ box during the checkout process. If you need more than one card sending direct to different recipients you will need to purchase the cards separately to ensure individual postage is paid.

How can I get a refund or replacement card?

At Pink and Posh we aim to exceed your expectations. We carefully produce our cards to the highest quality and describe our products in as much detail as possible to avoid any disappointment when they arrive. If, however, you receive goods from us that do not meet your expectations, you can return them to us in an unused condition within 21 days for a refund or exchange.

To request a return, please email us at cards@pinkandposh.co.uk. Please state your order number and/or name and address and the reason for the return and we will advise you where to return your goods. We recommend you send the goods back via 1st class post and obtain a free ‘Certificate of Posting’ from the Post Office. The goods will remain your responsibility until it has arrived at the return address. We cannot accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in the post.

Please remember:

The goods must be returned to us unused and in its original condition for a refund. If unwanted goods are not resaleable then we cannot provide a refund.

We will normally process your refund to your credit/debit card or PayPal account within 7 working days of its receipt, or will despatch to you an alternative where agreed.

Delivery charges, return postage charges are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty.

Faulty Goods

In the unusual event that your product is faulty, you must inform us by email cards@pinkandposh.co.uk. A customer services representative will then advise you where to send your return to.

On receipt of the faulty goods we will send you a replacement or provide you with a full refund. We will also reimburse your return postage for Royal Mail 1st Class, please obtain a free ‘Certificate of Posting’ from the Post Office.

We will normally process your refund to your credit/debit card or PayPal account within 7 working days of its receipt or will provide a replacement where agreed.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
