Our customers frequently ask the same questions, with this in mind and for your convenience we have added them to our FAQs section. Before you go to the trouble of emailing us please see these helpful answers. If however you do not get your answer there, we will be delighted to receive your questions via the contact form below. At Pink and Posh we will respond within an hour of your contact Monday-Sunday, 8am-10pm (excluding public bank holidays). Please be aware at busy times this can take a little longer.

If you have an existing order please quote your order number as it will help us to locate your order quickly. You can find your order number on your order confirmation email, please check your junk mail as they do on occasion end up there!
