Delivery and Returns

Dispatch Times

Orders placed by 1pm Monday-Friday are dispatched the same day of purchase via the postage method chosen at checkout. Please note orders are not dispatched on Public Bank Holidays.

Delivery

For larger orders delivery times may vary as it will take longer to make your cards. Excluding Special Delivery, the prices detailed below are ‘flat rates’. which means the postage price will stay the same, adding more cards to your order will not increase the postage price. Orders over £45 qualify for free delivery.

Free Postage

We offer free Royal Mail Tracked 48 and EVRi postage for purchases over £45 for delivery within the UK. Once your shopping bag reaches £45 the free delivery option will become available for you to select, we will then send your order via Royal Mail or EVRi.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 & 48 Delivery

Royal Mail Tracked 24 estimated delivery within one working day ‘from’ the dispatch day.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 estimated delivery within 2-3 working days ‘from’ the dispatch day.

When you place an order with Pink and Posh before 1pm Monday-Friday your order will be dispatched the same day via the postage method you choose at checkout.

Pink and Posh will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP.

UK Special Delivery

Yes, we can send orders out Special Delivery by Royal Mail, your order will arrive next working day by 1pm (excluding bank holidays)  if ordered Monday to Friday by 1pm. Orders over the weekend with Special Delivery dispatch option will arrive on the following Tuesday by 1pm. Royal Mail Special Delivery requires a signature on arrival. If nobody is at home at the time of the delivery a “something for you card” with instructions how to arrange redelivery or collection from local sorting office.

EVRi

Estimated delivery 3-6 working days ‘from’ the dispatch date.

International Delivery

Unfortunately we no longer deliver outside the UK.

Returns and Exchanges

Here at Pink and Posh we ain to exceed your expectations. We carefully handcraft our cards with the highest quality products. If, however you receive card/s from us that do not meet your expectations for whatever reason, you can return them within 30 days for a refund or exchange.

To request a return, please email us at customerservice@pinkandposh.co.uk. Please state your order number and/or name and address and the reason for the return and we will advise you how to return your goods.

We normally process your refund to your credit/debit card or PayPal account within 3 working days of receiving your return or will provide a replacement where agreed.
